Refund Policy
After you have submitted your payment, any cancellations must be made within 24 hours, as your order will already be in production and no refund will be available.

Returns/Exchanges
Clothing can be returned if the size of clothing is unsuitable, however, this will only be granted if the clothing is returned in perfect condition. e.g., clothing is not soiled, tags/labels are not removed, and item(s) are returned in its original packaging.

Any returns for clothing size exchanges must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your clothing/items for UK and outside the UK (International).

Item(s) must be returned by recorded delivery with a tracking number.

UniquelyME will not be held liable for any lost items in the post, or for the cost of returned items postage.

An email with your Full Name, Address and Customer Order Number must be sent to contact@uniquelyme.uk notifying them prior to the return of any clothing.
